Terms of service

I invite you to download the Client Service Agreement to review my terms, including the current fee.  I welcome your contact via one of the means below - for appointment, clarification, or simply to "get a sense" of me.  Should you choose to make contact via the "Website Email Form" below, there is space to attach any relevant files that you wish to include, or have been requested.  There is a 10 MB limit per attachment, and a total limit of 15 MB.
